Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using webceke (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service. If you use it on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you're authorised to bind that organisation.

2. The service

webceke generates, hosts and lets you edit multilingual business websites using AI. We may change, add or remove features over time. We aim for high availability but don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

3. Accounts

You sign in with your Google account. You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your Google account secure. Tell us promptly about any unauthorised use.

4. Subscriptions, billing and refunds

Paid plans (Silver, Premium) are billed monthly or yearly through Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

You can cancel anytime from your dashboard's billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. If a payment fails, we may pause your published site until billing is restored.

• Prices and plan limits (languages, pages) are shown at checkout and may change with notice.
• Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, including a 14-day money-back guarantee on new subscriptions.
• You're responsible for any taxes not collected by us.

5. Your content and generated sites

You retain ownership of the text, images and other materials you provide. You grant us the licence needed to host, process and display them to operate the Service. You're responsible for having the rights to everything you upload.

AI-generated output may be similar to output produced for others. You're responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing it.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• break the law or infringe others' rights;
• publish unlawful, deceptive, hateful or harmful content;
• send spam, malware, or attempt to disrupt or abuse the Service;
• scrape, overload, or circumvent rate limits or security controls.

7. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties (e.g. Google, Paddle, DeepSeek, Supabase, Vercel, Resend, Namecheap, Upstash). Your use may also be subject to their terms. We're not responsible for third-party services.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, webceke is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Termination

You can stop using the Service anytime. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or non-payment. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; some data may be retained or deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
